You are invited to attend our 20th Anniversary Fundraiser and Celebration, Sunday, October 2, 2011. The event will be held at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and lunch will be served at 1:00 p.m. Program and entertainment to follow.

There is no cost to attend but reservations are required. Due to limited seating, we kindly request that children under the age of 18 not attend. Please register below.

The program is an introduction to Siloam’s ministry of whole-person care for the uninsured and underserved. Patients pay on a sliding fee scale. Siloam receives no insurance reimbursement, and depends on the support of individuals, churches and foundations to cover the gap in what patients can afford and what it costs to provide comprehensive, compassionate health care.
