Siloam Family Health Center’s annual fundraising event is Sunday, April 11 from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm at Woodmont Hills Family of God, 3710 Franklin Road, Nashville. The program is an introduction to Siloam’s ministry of whole-person care for the uninsured and underserved. Patients pay on a sliding fee scale. Siloam receives no insurance reimbursement, and depends on the support of individuals, churches and foundations to cover the gap in what patients can afford and what it costs to provide comprehensive, compassionate health care.
