Registered Nurse (Part-Time)
The primary objective of the RN Staff Nurse is to collaborate with the larger team to provide patient care through intake, basic triage, onsite diagnostics and treatments, and patient education at the satellite office. Everything is done in the context of whole-person care with a team model.

Reporting Analyst
The reporting analyst will provide expertise in acquiring, managing, manipulating, and analyzing clinical and financial data to understand, make conclusions, and report results to various organizational departments. This position also requires maintaining communication and collaboration with our third-party IT company.

Medical Social Worker (Part-Time)
The primary objective of the medical social worker is to function as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team working to address the social determinants of health which impact Siloam’s patient population. The medical social worker will provide patients with community resources, complete biopsychosocial assessments as well as social determinant of health screenings, and work with the health care team to address barriers to care. The medical social worker will not be providing any mental health services, and clinical supervision toward an LCSW license will not be offered.

Director of Donor Relations
The Director of Donor Relations contributes to Siloam Health’s mission by strategically cultivating relationships with present and prospective donors giving at a mid and major-gift level. He/she enjoys setting and meeting ambitious goals by deepening and widening vital donor relationships. Key components to this role are strategic relationship-building and motivating staff/board/volunteers in the major gift cultivation process. The Director of Donor Relations is a member of the Development Team and works closely with the Board Chair and CEO.
